php - facing error while accessing files on server

I am trying access image files on my server, when i try to open it into browser i get error as

GET http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/upload/2020/12/front_1608274507-1545531415.jpg 500 (URL Rewrite Module Error.)

however few files are accessible but few files are throwing this error.

can anyone guide me resolving this issue.

Note: Files are present into the corresponding folder. I am using laravel to store files on server.
