iВґm trying to open an old proyect in Laravel and i have this error while running the project with:

php artisan serve

and y open my port localhost:8000 but the following error appears in my browser:

i have tried using xampp as a local server and wampp but none of them let me work with the project.

I dont understand why i have this issue, i never changed the code neither my php versions. Im using php 7.4.9
